The term 'Memorial Always' and 'our' refers to the owners of the Memorial Always website.
The term 'Memorial Site' refers to the individual memorial site that can be set up,
submitted to and updated by individuals.
The term 'Memorial Site Administrator' refers to the individual/s who are the chosen
caretaker/s of the particular memorial in question.

By using any service, information or resource offered on the Memorial Always website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

By submitting content to the the Memorial Always website which may include, but is not limited to; Memorials, Memorial Submissions, Guest Book Submissions, Listings and Advertisements, you agree that you have authorisation to do so, and that the content/material/information that you submit is accurate, does not contain offensive language or images/photographs that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate or that may cause distress to individuals. You may not submit any content that is discriminatory, racist, harmful in any way to individuals including minors or infringes on another's intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents or copyright.

Memorial Always acts as a host for your information, and you are totally responsible for all content that you submit to Memorial Always. This includes support from Memorial Always or any 3rd party on your behalf.

All content on the Memorial Always website is provided as an information resource for individuals to view or use at their own discretion. We do not endorse any information, services, listings, advertisements or otherwise that are available on this website.

Memorial Always reserves the right to refuse and/or remove any content submitted or added to this site that is deemed inappropriate or offensive at any time. Refunds for payments in such instances will not be issued and deemed void.

While our best efforts aim to provide accurate information on our website that is free from errors, we take no responsibility should any information on this site contain errors, or the possible outcomes of such errors. We will, in such an event seek to correct any error, once it occurs or is drawn to our attention.

Memorial Always provides links to other websites for the purpose of convenience to the users of this website. We have no control over the content of these external links and sites and therefore we do not take any responsibility for the outcomes of users visiting or using these sites.

Memorial Terms of Use

By using the services and information offered on the Memorial Always website, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and Memorial Terms of Use:

You must be aged 16 or over to create a Memorial Site. If you are under 16 years of age, you must be supervised by a parent or guardian while viewing the Memorial Always website.

5.0
Upon payment being received for a memorial site, Memorial Always guarantees that the Memorial Site will be active for a minimum period of 12 months, unless the Memorial Site Administrator decides to withdraw their Personal Memorial within this time frame.

5.1
After the 12 month period, all fully paid for Memorials will continue to be hosted by Memorial Always for as long as this site remains active or as determined by the Memorial Site Administrator, or by Memorial Always owners, should unexpected circumstances arise.

5.2
As the Memorial Always website grows and develops, we may add new services. If, at any time, an established Memorial Site Administrator requests to upgrade the services to the Memorial they caretake, then a cost may apply for the extra services as requested by you.

6.0
You agree to grant the owners of Memorial Always a non-exclusive license in their absolute discretion to host content for your Memorial Site which may include but is not limited to information and imagery.

6.1
You agree that Memorial Always may update, edit or remove any part of the material submitted to the Memorial Always Website.

Memorial Always aims to host all Memorials at minimal cost and for as long as possible and endeavours to serve the community in the spirit of remembering loved ones with pride, joy and respect.
